   Job Objective: MCC is seeking a versatile Intermediate Web Developer with strong web programing skills to craft intuitive digital experiences and compelling visual assets across web, mobile, and print. This role bridges user-centered design with brand storytelling, supporting both product development and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong proficiency in maintaining a legacy .NET-based system while actively modernizing and evolving it into a scalable, future-ready architecture.

    

2. What you will do:

   Responsibility

   Core Web Development ·     Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using ASP.NET / .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. ·     Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences across devices. Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership ·     Manage and troubleshoot applications hosted on Windows Server + IIS within a cloud environment (preferably Alibaba Cloud or similar). ·     Handle deployments, configuration, CDN, DNS, SSL, caching, and environment-level maintenance. ·     Collaborate with DevOps on build pipelines, reverse proxies, and cloud infrastructure improvements. Legacy System Understanding & Modernization ·     Take full ownership of the existing legacy .NET codebase and architecture. ·     Lead modernization efforts such as refactoring legacy modules, improving structure, and contributing to migration toward newer .NET Core / modern tech stacks. ·     Improve performance, security, and scalability while ensuring minimal disruption. API, Integrations & CMS ·     Support backend integrations and cross-service communication (Java-based subdomains, REST APIs). ·     Customize and manage HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and marketing assets. Collaboration & Documentation ·     Work with design, marketing, product, and DevOps teams to deliver functional and visually aligned interfaces. ·     Document system architecture, deployment steps, and key processes for handover and long-term maintenance. ·     Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and production support activities

    

3. What you will bring:

   Education Background/ Major	Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
   Experience (Must)	·        5+ years of experience in web design and development in the semiconductor industry. ·        Experience handling web system handovers and working with cloud-hosted environments. ·        Demonstrated experience in modernizing legacy web applications.
   Abilities/Qualities	·        Strong: ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, SQL Server ·        Cloud: experience with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or similar) ·        Hosting: Windows Server, IIS, deployments, configurations ·        Modernization: understanding of .NET Core, refactoring, modular architecture ·        Tools: Git, CI/CD, debugging tools, performance optimization ·        CMS: HubSpot (preferred) ·        Ability to read and write English fluently for documentation, communication, and collaboration. ·        Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. ·        Ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
